Our manufacturing process is customer-oriented, and the details and equipment of each boat can be matched to fit its intended use.

The fibreglass components are laminated at the Lokaniituntie facility in Lohtaja. In order to ensure their good quality, all the boat moulds are stored indoors, well protected against sun and rain.

When all the plastic work has been completed, the boat is transported to the Peukalomäki facility, three kilometres away, where the assembling and equipping work will be done. The Lokaniituntie facility and its mould warehouse cover a floorage of 1100 m².

At the Peukalomäki facility, the boats are fitted with their interior, engines, electronics and other accessories specified by the customer. We also provide extensive maintenance and repair service for our boats.

Upon completion, the boat undergoes a trial run and all the equipment is tested before delivery to the customer. The total floorage of the assembly hall and the office is 1200 m².

Our cooperation partners transport the boats to our customers and, if needed, launch them at the agreed harbour. You are welcome to visit Kulkuri-Veneet facilities and to make a reliable purchase, with four decades of experience guaranteeing the quality of the boat.
